I understand that the final cost of the party may change depending on confirmed participant numbers.*
I understand that a £50 deposit secures the booking and the final balance is due 2 weeks before the party date.*
I understand that SWAY provides the dance session only and does not provide food, cake or party hosting outside of the session*
I understand that I am responsible for booking and providing a suitable venue unless otherwise agreed.*
I understand that a responsible adult must remain present for the duration of the party.*
I confirm that all participants are fit to take part in physical activity and that any relevant medical or additional needs have been shared.*
