Who will enjoy Move Me, See Me?
The session is perfect for:
-
Autistic and neurodivergent adults
-
People who enjoy movement but dislike structured "exercise"
-
Those who prefer sensory-friendly, visual, or playful activities
-
Anyone who wants to connect without needing words
You're welcome to take part however feels right. There's no wrong way to move.

Neuro-affirming Space
Freedom to stim, pause, fidget, or express in your own way with no judgement or pressure to copy anyone else. Every way of expressing is welcome.
Rhythm & Regulation
We use music, repetition and simple rhythmic patterns to create calm and focus. These tools support emotional regulation and help build flow and body awareness at your own pace.
Creative Exploration
Movement tasks are inspired by participants’ own interests.
From shapes and textures to stories, colours, or music. There’s no wrong way to join in.
Playful &
Personal
Sessions are shaped by the group. There’s no pressure to perform.
Just open, supported space to explore, move, and express yourself authentically.
“Movement can help autistic people regulate emotions, reduce stress and explore identity through embodied experience.”
Based on findings from autism and sensory integration studies
